Guided Meditation for Mothers for Sleep: Affirmations & Pranic Healing
Let’s face it. As a mother, finding time to care for yourself can be challenging, if not nearly impossible. BUT, doing just a little bit of whatever clicks with you can really go a long way for your mental, physical, and emotional health. And this is where my Guided Meditation for Mothers for Sleep can fill the sweet spot.
This mothers meditation was created for all of us who long for a moment for ourselves.
Whether you’re an exhausted mom, a new mom, or a seasoned mom, this meditation will help you relax deeply with the help of positive affirmations and Pranic Energy Healing for an extra boost.

Guided Sleep Meditation for Mothers
A mom’s life is full of adventure and all kinds of to-do’s. From the moment you wake up in the morning (mine’s at 5:30 am most days, thanks kiddos!) until you finally rest your body to sleep, it can feel impossible to find the time to do anything for yourself.
But meditation’s benefits to your mental, physical, and emotional wellbeing is undeniable. For me, meditation has been the consistent salve to my happiness long before kids.
After kids, its importance as a self-care practice became even clearer as I went through change after change and really needed something to anchor me to my highest self.
My meditation practice has seen ebbs and flows, of course, as with anything. There have been periods, such as the births of my children, when it was the last thing on my mind.
But I come back to it time and time again, because, whenever I finally return to it, I can literally feel my mind and body exhale. [See How Does Meditation Work? A Simple Guide for Curious Moms for more on how meditation can benefit you.]
The act creates more space in my mind, heart, and life for me to be a better version of myself.
Time to Meditate
I’ve tried 4 am (before anyone awakes in the morning) meditations, after-bedtime meditations, morning meditations, and mid-day meditations.
The truth is, ANY time is the right time to meditate.
Having said that, for busy mothers, that unwinding time just before bed can be the golden ticket to actually getting a meditation in and reaping its rewards. Because your kids are in bed, hopefully by that time, and you have to start letting go of the day anyway.
Settling into bed is a consistent act that happens every day, which also makes it the ideal time to piggyback with a guided sleep meditation like this one.
(But, if you’re more of a morning person and want to try a quicker process, see my 5 Minute Morning Meditation for Positive Energy (For Moms) to jumpstart your day.)

Why This Guided Meditation for Moms Works
This particular meditation uses the following tools to help you relax deeply and fall asleep.
- It starts and finishes with an invocation to Source, my spiritual teachers, and guides, to help support and protect the meditation. I also ask them to help protect and heal you through the night!
- Calming binaural background music helps you relax naturally, which reduces stress and promotes sleep. Thank you, Chris Collins, for creating these soothing beats! As such, this meditation is best enjoyed with headphones.
- The Guided Body Scan in the first half of the meditation helps you thoroughly let go of the tension you might be holding from the day.
- 30 positive affirmations (repeated twice) specific to motherhood and mom life gently help you train your subconscious mind. Topics include self-love, family love, self-care, and motherhood as a spiritual path. The BEST time to do affirmations is when you are relaxed and open, just before bed. Use this time to help your mind better manage the stresses of motherhood and celebrate the wins!
- Finally, this meditation is programmed with a powerful Pranic Healing method called the “Miracle Protocol.” It’s a “miracle” because with a relatively simple protocol that focuses on cleansing your aura, it is supposed to bring whatever the recipient needs for their well-being. After this protocol, I send you Divine golden light to saturate your energy field.

Who This Meditation is For
This meditation will help moms who are exhausted, want to connect with their own power, or want to reconnect with the higher intentions of motherhood.
Just as self-care for mothers can be tough, it can be challenging to remember, amidst all the chaos and tasks, to connect with who we want to be as mothers. The affirmations contained in this meditation help you do just that: to celebrate what matters (including you, mama bear!) and let go of what doesn’t.
Positive Affirmations for Motherhood
I wrote and compiled these 30 positive affirmations about motherhood with my own journey in mind. Here is the list. (If you ever want to record these affirmations for yourself in your own voice, that’s another powerful subconscious mind hack!)
